Jason Janosov, LPC
Director of Clinical Services
Jason Janosov, Director of Clincial Services is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jason supervises and supports all coaching staff and oversees our Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) specialty programming. Jason also provides individual and group counseling services and facilitates DBT skills trainings and workshops.
Jason employs a psychologically flexible, client-centered approach. His diverse skill set coupled with his warm and compassionate disposition promotes a safe environment for clients to heal and recover comfortably.
Prior to joining Espenshade Counseling, Jason obtained extensive clinical training and experience at the Lenape Valley Foundation and Central Behavioral Health. During his tenure at LVF, Jason was a primary therapist on the DBT fidelity team. Jason has experience treating a wide range of behavioral health issues with a variety of different modalities of clinical care. Jason demonstrates exceptional skill and competency with clinical assessment, treatment planning and case conceptualization. Jason is often decribed as “very likable”, “easy to talk to” and a “teamplayer”.
Jason clincial training includes: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Efficacy Therapy (EET), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).
Jason is a proud adjunct faculty member of his alma mater, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medine (PCOM).
Gianna DeMedio,CRS
Assistant Director of Case Mangement Services
Gianna is an example of the possibilities that recovery has to offer. As a young person who battled addiction, mental health issues, trauma, and chronic illness, she now utilizes her lived experience in supporting individuals and groups. Gianna is a Certified Recovery Specialist with a concentration in Supporting Youth Recovery. She is also a certified SMART Recovery Facilitator and has been facilitating groups for over 7 years. Gianna has a wide range of experience working with adolescents and adults in various stages of the recovery process in community-based settings, street outreach, detention centers, and outpatient offices.
Gianna values and utilizes multiple pathways to recovery, and prides herself in creating an environment of safety and comfort to support individuals in discovering what will bring them success and stability. She incorporates Cognitive and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy skills, community involvement, mutual support groups, mindfulness and meditation, exercise, and music in a holistic approach to meet individuals where they are at and support them in recovery. Gianna’s passions and values include family, spending time outdoors, authentic relationships, and personal growth.
Keith Eisenhuth
Director of Operations & Health and Wellness Services
Keith’s personal experience utilizing an alternative and holistic approach to recover from mental and addiction inspired him to pursue training and eduction in integrative health and nutrition. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, he places a strong emphasis on a holistic approach to recovery. His focus is largely on building self-awareness and utilizing lifestyle factors such as targeted nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, breathwork, stress management skills, goal setting, organization, and accountability to create a foundation for health, happiness, and personal success. Keith values personal growth and believes in leading by example. Much of his free time is spent hiking, playing the guitar, learning more about the mind-body connection, and hanging out with his fiance and dog.
Drew Pfleger, M.ABA
Clinical Associate
A proud Espenshade alumnus, Drew leverages his personal recovery experience alongside clinical expertise to connect authentically with each client, offering a unique perspective that promotes trust and engagement.
Drew provides both individual and group therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. His approach blends evidence-based practices with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, fostering a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
Before joining Espenshade, Drew gained extensive field experience at Phoenix Behavioral Health, where he served as a Substance Abuse Clinician, providing therapy services and conducting comprehensive intake assessments aligned with ASAM criteria. Additionally, as an Intake Coordinator at Livengrin Foundation, Drew facilitated substance abuse assessments, level-of-care placements, and documentation processes to ensure clients received timely and appropriate support. Drew also provides education to students, teacher’s and parents as a Prevention Specialist at St. Joseph’s University’s Prevention Academy. His role as an ABA Therapist further strengthened his ability to analyze behavioral patterns and implement interventions that drive meaningful change.
Drew holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University. He is actively pursuing his Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) certification and Licensed Associate Professional counselor (LAPC) credential.
